The Thai have a saying, gan gin gan yu, that translates to “as you eat, so you are”, which is reflective of how integral food is to Thai culture and identity. We have a saying here in Kamloops, mmmmm, this is good, which translates into “we’ll be back and we’ll bring friends.” OK, so maybe I just made that up, but when it comes to good Thai food, our list will bring you back over and over again.
