I am not operating under Clark's Catering anymore. I am the Chef at Moxies/ Sandman Signature Hotel and will be Catering events in our 4 beautiful Banquette rooms for any occasion. I am away training for 6 weeks in Kelowna right now but I start back in Kamloops just before the Memorial cup and will be very busy hosting and catering for the hockey teams and fans before and after the games.
