The Mount Paul Community Food Centre (CFC) is a welcoming, inclusive hub where people come together to build connections, develop skills, and create positive change. Using healthy food as a foundation, the centre supports well-being through programs focused on food access, food skills, gardening, and advocacy. By removing barriers and fostering a strong sense of belonging, the centre offers free, accessible opportunities for community members to connect, improve their health, and grow together. The centre is owned and operated by the parent agency Interior Community Services.
