At Out of the Cold Shelter we strive to provide shelter that is warm, welcoming, safe, respectful and inclusive. We provide care in a format that works from an attachment and trauma informed and supportive framework. We work to build authentic relationships that promote individuality, increase self esteem, provide inclusion, are empowering and success orientated.
