Tracy is certified and regulated by the Applied Science Technologists & Technicians of BC and provides independent and unbiased commercial building and house inspections. Each house inspection comes with a 1 hour “walk-through” with client plus a report that is a written narrative, not overly technical and easy to understand. Digital copy of all photos.

Commercial building inspections include up to 8 single level commercial units, store front retail strip mall units, multi-unit buildings with 3 businesses on bottom and 3 residential units on top, multi-unit house conversions or apartment complex/buildings. Commercial inspections and reports follow the ASTM E2018-15 Standard, are more technical in scope and include all photos.

Energy Advisor services provide pre/post compliance reports for new construction to meet the BC Energy Step Code. Airtightness testing can be provided for Part 3 - new Residential Buildings (following the Qualified Modeller (QM) requirements up to and including 8 – 9 story building with envelope of 4,200 m2) and energy modelling plus airtightness testing for Part 9 - Housing. Tracy is registered with Natural Resources Canada and licensed through a Service Organization.
